Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.metamarketingbg.com and any services provided by Meta Marketing SLTD, a company registered in Bulgaria (Commerce Number BG207676677), ul. Omaya 9, 1619 Sofia, Bulgaria.

1. Services

Meta Marketing SLTD provides organic social media marketing services, including short-form content production, brand identity work and posting strategy for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Specific scope, deliverables and fees are agreed in a separate written engagement letter.

2. Payment

Retainer fees are quoted on application and invoiced monthly in advance. The Blueprint course is a one-time payment of $790. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Results

We work hard to deliver outcomes consistent with the case studies on our site, but social media performance depends on many factors and we do not guarantee specific metrics or revenue.

4. Intellectual property

Content created for clients is licensed to the client for use on their owned channels. Templates, frameworks and methodology developed by Meta Marketing SLTD remain our property.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia.
